Fresh Strawberry + Citrus Parfaits

Ingredients

2 Containers 24 OZ. So Delicious® Dairy Free Coconutmilk Unsweetened Vanilla Yogurt Alternative

1 Container So Delicious® Dairy Free CocoWhip™ whipped topping

4 Navel Oranges

3 Sumo Tangerines

1 Meyer Lemon

1 Tbsp. Almond Extract

3 Cups Sliced Strawberries

Zest of 1 Navel Orange

Strawberry Syrup:

3 1⁄2 Cups Sliced Strawberries

3/4 Cup Granulated Sugar

1⁄2 Cup Water

Directions

1. Gather approximately 5 glasses or the number of glasses you will need.

2. Let the container of So Delicious® Dairy Free CocoWhip™ whipped topping stand for approximately 30 minutes.

3. Prepare the strawberry syrup. Hull + slice 3 1⁄2 Cups fresh strawberries. Place in a medium sized pot. Add 3/4 Cup Granulated Sugar + 1⁄2 Cup Water. Heat on medium, stirring frequently for 8-10 minutes until well combined + thick. Puree with a hand mixer. Let stand and cool.

4. Spoon approximately 5 spoonful’s of So Delicious® Dairy Free Coconutmilk Unsweetened Vanilla Yogurt Alternative in the bottom of each of the glasses.

5. In a mixing bowl, pour in one 24 OZ. container of So Delicious® Dairy Free Coconutmilk Unsweetened Vanilla Yogurt Alternative. Add the zest of one Navel Orange. Add the freshly squeezed juice of 1⁄2 of a Sumo Tangerine. Add 1 Tbsp. Almond Extract. Add 1 Tsp. freshly squeezed juice of a Meyer Lemon. Stir.

6. Spoon approximately 5 spoonful’s of the Orange zest yogurt alternative mixture into each of the glasses.

7. Spoon approximately 5 spoonful’s of the strawberry syrup into each of the glasses.

8. Add a layer of So Delicious® Dairy Free CocoWhip™ Original on top of the strawberry syrup.

9. Spoon approximately 5 spoonful’s of the Orange zest yogurt alternative mixture into each of the glasses.

10. Spoon approximately 5 spoonful’s of the strawberry syrup into each of the glasses.

11. Top with So Delicious® Dairy Free CocoWhip Original, drizzle strawberry syrup + orange zest.

12. Slice remaining Sumo Tangerines + Navel oranges for garnish and to pair with the parfait.

13. Enjoy!

Notes:

Layer our parfait as you would like, as glass sizes, heights and shapes will allow for different variations of layering.
