Toast can be such a great snack, or part of a healthy meal. It sure can be easy to get in the same rut of eating the same toast over and over. Here are 4 ways to try a new spin on toast + easy ways to include your fruits + veggies.

If you're like me, maybe you haven't had toast in quite a while because you've gone gluten free, or maybe a food allergy or sensitivity has been diagnosed.  Well, I've found Canyon Bakery + this gluten free bread is amazing!  Plus, Canyon Bakery is free of sesame.  It can be very difficult to find sesame-free bread if you have a sesame allergy.  Now that we've found a safe, healthy + tasty line of bread, we are loving toast!

Toast 4 ways:

1. The cream cheese + berries - spread with cream cheese or non-dairy cream cheese. Top with sliced strawberries + blackberries.

2.  The avocado + tomatoes - top with sliced avocados + sliced heirloom cherry tomatoes. Drizzle with olive oil + add salt + pepper to taste.

3.  The cream cheese + peppers - spread with cream cheese or non-dairy cream cheese. Top with sweet pepper slices + fresh basil. Drizzle with olive oil + add salt + pepper to taste.

4.  The SunButter + fruit - spread with SunButter Sunflower Spread. Top with sliced bananas + raspberries + cherries.
