Plant-based Dirt Cake Recipe

READY IN: 20 Minutes

PREP TIME: 10 Minutes

COOK TIME: 10 Minutes

SERVINGS: 8-10

INGREDIENTS:

Note: Substitute Kinnikinnick brand cookies for a soy-free substitute. 

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Place KinniToos cookies in large zipper plastic bags and smash.

  2. Sprinkle cookie “dirt” into small glass cups. Add approximately 2 - 4 Tbsp. of cookies. 

  3. Prepare natural chocolate flavor instant pudding by combining mix with 2 cups vanilla Chobani oat milk. Blend oat milk and pudding ingredients together with an electric mixer for 2 minutes in a metal bowl. Let stand for 5 minutes. Reserve.

  4. Prepare natural vanilla flavor instant pudding by combining mix with 2 cups vanilla Chobani oat milk. Blend oat milk and pudding ingredients together with an electric mixer  for 2 minutes in a metal bowl. Let stand for 5 minutes.

  5. Pour a layer of chocolate pudding on top of each cookie “dirt layer.”

  6. Add 1 cup thawed So Delicious Coco Whip to the vanilla pudding and stir.

  7. Pour vanilla pudding into two separate bowls. 

  8. Mix green food coloring into a bowl of vanilla pudding. Add a few drops at a time and mix until you create green swirls. 

  9. Mix blue food coloring into a bowl of vanilla pudding. Add a few drops at a time until you create blue swirls. 

  10. Scoop a layer of green pudding into each of the cups. 

  11. Scoop a layer of blue pudding into each of the cups. 

  12. Sprinkle cookie crumbs on top of each glass. 

  13. Top with Sprouts vegan gummi worms.
