Roasted Carrots


2 Bunches of Cal-Organic Multi-colored Carrots

3 Tbsp EVOO

1 1/4 tsp Herbed Salt

1/4 tsp Cracked black pepper

2 Tbsp Fresh minced dill


Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Wash + scrub carrots. Trim the tops + leave some color. Toss the carrots in a shallow pan of EVOO, salt + pepper. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Roast in the oven for 25 minutes. Sprinkle freshly minced dill on the roasted carrots. Enjoy.

6. Crustless Grilled Cheese.
