Vegan French Fry Charcuterie Board with 3 Dairy Free Dipping Sauces with So Delicious® Dairy Free

Homemade French Fry Ingredients:

2 lbs of Potatoes

4 tbsp Olive Oil

½ Tbsp Black Truffle Salt

Cilantro Lime Sauce Ingredients:

1 Bunch Cilantro 

1 5.3 OZ Key Lime So Delicious® Dairy Free Coconut Yogurt Alternative

1 Bunch Chives

Juice of ½ a Lime

1 Tsp Salt

1 Tsp Red Pepper

1 Tsp Black Pepper

Strawberry Poppy Seed Sauce Ingredients:

1 5.3 OZ Container Unsweetened Vanilla So Delicious® Dairy Free Coconut Yogurt Alternative

2 Cups Chopped Fresh Sprouts Farmers Market® Strawberries

½ Cup Balsamic Vinegar (Use white balsamic vinegar for a lighter/brighter dressing color)

2 Tbsp Poppy Seeds

1 Tsp Garlic Salt

Carrot Ginger Sauce Ingredients:

1 5.3 OZ Container Plain So Delicious® Dairy Free Coconut Yogurt Alternative

1 Cup Baby Carrots

1 Tbsp Coconut Aminos

1 Tbsp Rice Vinegar

½ Tbsp Ground Ginger

1 Tsp Salt

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 440 degrees. 

  2. Add all ingredients for the Cilantro Lime Sauce into a blender. Blend on medium high until well combined. Pour into an airtight container, refrigerate until served. 

  3. Add all ingredients for the Strawberry Poppy Seed Sauce into a blender. Reserve the poppy seeds. Blend on medium high until well combined. Pour into an airtight container, stir in the poppy seeds, refrigerate until served. 

  4. Add all ingredients for the Carrot Ginger Sauce into a blender. Blend on medium high until well combined. Pour into an airtight container, refrigerate until served. 

  5. Wash + thinly slice potatoes. Pour olive oil and truffle salt into a wide bowl. Stir the potatoes in the oil + salt mixture. Place the potatoes in a glass baking dish. 

  6. Bake the potatoes at 440 degrees for 20 minutes.

  7. Create a charcuterie board on a large cutting board, tray or large plate. Pour the three sauces into small bowls and place on the board. Arrange the fries on the board. Add fresh veggies and fruits to the board. Try: sliced multi colored carrots, roasted carrots, heirloom tomatoes, fresh strawberries, sliced key limes, and mini peppers. 

  8. Enjoy!
